Introduction

Impressive effects of the salt treatment are renowned for centuries as well as the idea of treatment in the salt caves. In the past, salt mines were used in this way.

This type of natural treatment was founded in the 30’s of the 19th century in the Vielička salt mine in Krakow. Since 1958, asthma, throat, nose and other respiratory tract diseases, including allergies, have been treated there.
At present, we return to this concept.

We have built our Salt Cave from natural materials only – from various kinds of salt from Poland, Pakistan, the Himalayas and from the Dead Sea. These materials create a microclimate in which elements of Iodine, Calcium, Sodium,Magnesium, Bromine and Selene are released.
